What is your cancellation / return policy? 

Returns

All YULE-GLO products are eligible for returns for 14 days from the day the product is delivered. For returns, please email info@yule-glo.com with your order number/return in the subject line. 

You will be responsible for packaging and the return shipping costs.

Cancellation

For orders that need to be cancelled, please contact us immediately at info@yule-glo.com and include “Cancel Order” in the subject line. Transaction and shipping fees are non-refundable.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defective? 

If your Yule-Glo product is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@yule-glo.com within 48 hours of delivery and upon review, we will replace the product. Please include the order number, description, and pictures of the defects/damage.

While our DECORO-MINI is a throwback to municipal Christmas decorations, the DECORO-MINI is designed for indoor use only.

How do I clean my DECORO-MINI?

We recommend always handling your DECORO-MINI with clean hands to avoid staining the ornament. The DECORO-MINI is produced using high-quality 3D printing filament that can be stained, due to its textured surface. 

In the event you do get something on your DECORO-MINI, gently wipe the affected area with a damp paper towel, with soap and water. We do NOT recommend wiping or getting the decorative decals wet, as they could bubble or peel.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

YULE-GLO orders typically ship within 24-48 hours, although this window may fluctuate depending on demand. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service with a tracking number.  

Shipping delivery date estimates are ultimately determined by USPS, but we aim to get your products to you immediately!
